Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind after an order was placed or if we are about to deliver the order. We do however offer revisions for our customers if they are unsatisfied with the delivered digital product.
We humbly ask that you are clear in what you are asking for an order and really took the time to decide about choosing from our featured products. You don't have to worry, because your order will be delivered via email and we will wait for your confirmation that you are happy with our delivered product.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, mention your concerns by replying to our email delivery, and we will be more than happy to make all the required changes for you.
