1. How to place an order?
- First choose your prefered design from the samples provided in our website.
- Click to open your desired design.
- At the bottom part, change the order quantity depending on how many portraits you want.
- Add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Our mode of payment is via Paypal.
- Once done, prepare your photos to be used as reference for your orders.
- Send your reference photo into our email. Email: [email protected]
- By default we always include pet's name into our drawings/ illustrations, please let us know if you wanted to include it or not.
- Orders delivery timing will vary depending on your orders quantity and chosen designs.
2. What photos do you prefered as reference for my orders?
- Please provide hi- res photos if possible.
- Do not provide photos that are cut out, meaning with some missing areas of the faces for example.
- Please also note that we will not change any facial expressions of your photo once we make the designs, our designs will all be based on your provided photos as reference.
3. What package will i get rom my order?
- No physical products will be delivered from our side. "As of now".
- ONLY digital products will be delivered once completion of your order.
- You will get PNG formats, JPEG formats, of your designs as default package of your order.
- Also please understand that, getting the "SOURCE FILE" of your orders or other type of its foramts will cost you an additional $10, payable via paypal also.
- Getting the SOURCE FILE, will include AI, EPS, SVG and DXF, plus giving you also the commercial rights for that design.
